All items go through the process of an inspection. They must be returned in the same condition as sent out to you. Items must have their tagged label stating “ Returns will only be accepted if this tag is attached and the garments are not showing any signs of wear. Garments with odours or marks including perfume, makeup and deodorant will not be accepted as a return”.
Any items received that aren’t in its original condition (other than manufacturing fault) will be returned back to you and will not be eligible for any refund/exchange.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and inspected. Please enclose your delivery note, stating on there the item your returning. We will need this in order to process your refund. Return costs are covered by the purchaser. We are not responsible to cover any postage costs and we ask that you always make sure to track your returned parcel. This will also make sure that you, as the purchaser are covered.
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days once the items have been inspected.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns of jewellery, underwear or swimwear.
All sale items are NON REFUNDABLE and they are NOT EXCHANGEABLE. Any item received which has been bought as sale will be returned back to the customer.
All our customer service staff work between the hours of: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM.
Our response time is approximately between 1-2 working days. Please do not worry if you do not receive a response immediately as we are working around the clock to make sure all enquiries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached. Simply complete the provided returns form and enclose within your package. If in the rare event you didn’t receive a returns slip, we kindly ask that you include a note stating your order number and full details.
